MATCHWORK

Our fabrics – whether knitted, crocheted, or custom-made – are produced entirely or partially in a fully integrated production process, depending on the product. This is made possible by a modern machine park with high-performance circular and flat knitting machines as well as innovative dyeing systems. In this way, we combine flexibility, quality, and future technology – all from a single source.

Top quality doesn't happen by chance. That's why we rely on careful and intensive controls immediately after fabric production. This ensures that our high standards are reliably met at all times.

COLOR THAT MAKES YOU SHINE
Because we conduct color and material tests directly in-house, we save valuable time. We also dye all fabrics ourselves – individually tailored to customer requirements, whether Pantone, RAL, or other color systems.

Using state-of-the-art technology, we bring color into play – precisely, brilliantly, and colorfast. This is how we guarantee our customers the highest quality, order after order.

 

We source our dyes exclusively from Europe. During the dyeing process, we take the utmost care to protect water resources and minimize their consumption – for a production that combines beauty and responsibility.

Sustainability begins with our processes – and doesn't end there. We use energy intelligently by reusing existing resources multiple times, thus significantly reducing consumption.

In the dyeing process, for example, the heated water is not simply drained away, but collected, stored, and reused. The thermal energy from the wastewater also serves as a valuable resource: it is used to efficiently reheat fresh water.


Furthermore, we recover additional energy from the hot exhaust gases of the steam boiler. A specially developed system extracts the heat from the chimney and feeds it into the heating circuit of our workspaces – a closed loop that saves resources and reduces CO2 emissions.


The results speak for themselves: This innovative technology reduces energy consumption by up to 60% in the dyeing process and 50% in the heating process. This demonstrates that energy efficiency is not just lip service for us, but a lived responsibility.
