"From yarn to finishing" is not just a phrase or a slogan for us. On the contrary: it is a fact that we often carefully select the raw yarns we need, test them intensively and then buy them. The complete rest of the production process often runs internally in our production facilities in North Macedonia and for
Part also at home in Germany. This means we have everything in view and under control. What's more: With our approach, we create the conditions to be able to act and react quickly and flexibly without gaps. No matter what challenge we are currently facing.

KNITTING
Depending on the type of product in question, we fully or partially manufacture our own fabrics (woven or knitted) using our large in-house machine park of circular and flat knitting machines.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT
In order to do justice to our high quality standards, we attach great importance to our QA system. First checks and controls are conducted as soon as the fabric has been produced.
LABORATORY & COLOUR COMPETENCES
Being able to conduct colour tests and other tests in-house saves us lots of valuable time.
We dye all our own fabrics – using Pantone, RAL and other colours, based on customer specifications. Using state of the art technology, we show customers our true colours and deliver richly coloured garments with an exceptionally high level of colour fastness – time and again.
DYEING
We source our dyes exclusively in Europe. In order to save resources, we make sure we use as little water aspossible during the dyeing process. We use our waste water to generate heat, which we later channel back into the fresh water. As further proof of our focus on sustainability.
CUTTING
Our cutting technology is continuously evolving and improving to optimise the use of materials and ensure as little waste as possible. For this purpose, most of our production sites deploy modern, automated machines with cutting-edge technology.
MANUFACTURING
The qualified tailors and seamstresses in our assembly halls regularly attend advanced training courses to learn new skills.
AUTOMATED PRODUCTION
All our machinery and technical equipment is state of the art. To achieve maximum efficiency and precision for our customers, we’ve also automated our sewing processes.
CUSTOMISATION
Our in-house finishing services include: embroidery, screenprinting, transfer logos, labelling and the recently introduced service of digital printing.
EMBROIDERY AND PERSONALISATION
We offer customers a wide range of options for personalising various shirts and corporate workwear. Regardless of the order quantity, we can deliver promptly and in excellent quality.
WAREHOUSING AND LOGISTICS
We tailor our logistics solutions to each individual customer to ensure that each and every order is delivered reliably and punctually to the desired location.
